An approach for designers to gain inter cultural empathy

When working on an international design project, designers often find it difficult to empathise with the user insights of people from a culture beyond their first-hand experience. To help designers step beyond this limitation, Cultura has been developed for supporting them to deal with the complexity of designing for unfamiliar markets.
This approach gives guidance to researchers and designers on how to execute contextual user research culture sensitively. Cultura approach covers a wide range, from gathering rich user insights to communicating them to design teams in creative sessions.
